Most items may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a full refund. They must be returned at the customer’s expense in their original packaging. Sales returns may be accepted in unopened packages & / or salable condition within fifteen (15) days from date of original invoice with proof of purchase. No merchandise may be accepted for return if worn next to the skin, used for sanitary or hygienic purposes or if it is disposable (oxygen, supplies, underpants or diapers, lancets, creams, etc.) special order items will require a deposit & are non-returnable.
A return authorization must be requested from Boca Medical Supply within 30 days of delivery of the product. The easiest way to request an RA number is by completing our online contact form. Once an RA has been received, products must be returned within 14 days.
Please be sure to carefully follow all return-shipping instructions that are included with your return authorization number. Please make sure that the return authorization number is clearly written on the package. Return the item prepaid, in its original packaging and original condition to the address supplied to you.
Once your return is received, Boca Medical Supply will issue a credit to the credit card used for the purchase. Please allow up to 4 weeks for your credit to be issued. If your item is defective or was damaged in shipping, please call us at 1-866-430-6700 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will arrange for the item to be repaired or replaced promptly.
